Orders

Simply browse our perfumes, add items to your cart...
... and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide your shipping address and payment information. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. To request a modification or cancellation, please contact our customer service immediately at +1 (555) 123-4567 or email concierge@maisonelizabeth.com.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section. Enter your tracking number on the courier's website for real-time updates.

We're sorry if this happens! Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We'll arrange for a free return and send you the correct item or issue a full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy for most perfumes. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Some items like software, customized perfumes, and gift cards are non-returnable. For more details, please visit our Refund Policy page.

To initiate a return:

Provide your order number and reason for return
Wait for your Return Authorization (RA) number
Pack the item securely with all original packaging
Ship or drop off the item at our store

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method:

Store Credit: Instant
Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days

You can browse our products without an account, but you'll need to create one to make a purchase. Having an account allows you to track orders, save wishlists, view order history, and receive exclusive offers. Registration is free and takes less than a minute!
