Cancellation & Credit Policy

Public Sessions

Once a booking is confirmed, we do not accept cancellations.
You may reschedule your session complimentary with at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive store credit.
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to your friends.

Private Sessions

Once a booking is confirmed, we do not accept cancellations.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure this booking.
You may reschedule your session complimentary with at least 72 hours' notice.
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to your friends.
The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to the event.
If the remaining balance is not paid 72 hours before the event, the booking may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.
